With encouragement from her family and kids, Shannon decided to bring her unique cookies to the community, launching Homemade Baking Co. Shannon's mission is to create not just delicious treats, but also to evoke cherished memories of family gatherings and joyful moments around the kitchen table.
“Baking has been a passion of mine for decades, starting from when my grandmother first taught me how to bake many years ago. Over time, I have developed a deep love for all baking, however cookies are where I have evolved and perfected my baking abilities. I am a proud mother of two wonderful boys who are my biggest fans and critics. Their excitement, appreciation and support had inspired me to turn my hobby into Homemade Baking Co.”
